Our mission is to provide competent, caring service with genuine quality. We treat our patients as family. From your first visit either in our office, a hospital, or clinic, our commitment is to insure the best possible results regardless of the time required. Quality, not quantity, dictates the type of care we provide. We offer the patient as much time as necessary, and we do not charge for office visits.

Our practitioners are licensed in the state of Illinois and are certified by the American Board of Certifications (ABC). Our facility is also ABC certified. We are a Medicare supplier and follow the Medicare Standards.

We operate as a team to concentrate on your needs as a patient and to provide rapid delivery time and personal follow-up care. We also monitor results with your physician and physical / occupational therapist. Suburban Orthotics and Prosthetics is with you every step of the way in your progress toward recovery.

An informed, involved patient is paramount to success. Suburban Orthotics and Prosthetics will take the time to answer all of your questions, as well as provide care and maintenance instructions for the device we deliver to you.

Our facility, located in Des Plaines, IL, maintains a full service and fully equipped laboratory for design, fabrication, and adjustment. We provide innovative designs and materials with state of the art lightweight and durable materials.

We accept all types of insurance. We accept assignment from Medicare, Medicaid, HMO's, and other private insurance companies. Our office staff is happy to work with you and your insurance company to process claims as quickly as possible.

Hospital Patients:

If we have attended to you in the hospital, please call us to schedule a follow-up visit at no charge after your release. We would like to continue to monitor your progression during your rehabilitation. Please bring questions or concerns to us at any time.
